APP FPS Fast Preparation System

A disposable spray cup system designed for use with top tank spray guns and for mixing paints and lacquers with hardeners and thinner in various proportions. Made of durable plastic resistant to the chemicals used in refinishing and industrial paint shops. Precise graduations enable the desired amount of product ready for spraying to be obtained with the correct mixing ratios. The use of an internal soft cup completely insulates the paint from the environment and allows working in any position of the spray gun.

The spray cup system is designed to work as a drop tank with a strainer for the spray gun used, with simultaneous use for volumetric and weight mixing of products with hardeners in proportions according to their application recipe and for adjusting the spray viscosity of the finished spray product.
An inner soft cup with lid, sealed with a stopper, allows temporary storage of single-component paints and lacquers.

Advantages of the cups:

• The outer cup is rigid and has a reinforced rim and bottom and is made of mechanically and chemically resistant polypropylene.
• The hard cup has a large hole in the bottom to push out the soft cups in case of problems with removal.
• The outer hard cup has a permanent print.
• The product has easily readable scales for mixing w;
• The product has a capacity scale with graduations in 50 ml increments.
• Highly flexible and chemically resistant inner soft cup made of polyethylene to allow operation in any position of the spray gun.
• The absence of a vent completely insulates the paint from the external environment and eliminates cup dripping at certain working angles.
