APP Modular Special Base is a lacquer-friendly basecoat with very good performance properties and high covering power. It is designed for use in multilayer topcoat systems. It has excellent adhesion to acrylic and epoxy primers and old varnish coats. The matte surface when dry provides excellent adhesion to the clear coat layer.
