We conduct a preliminary telephone or online interview with the selected candidates to present the job offer and determine their level of motivation to work with us. Depending on the specific recruitment process and the level of the position, we invite the selected candidates to a job interview. The direct line manager is present during the interview.
For most positions, we invite the candidate to an interview with a member of our company's board of directors.
Communication with candidates is extremely important to us, which is why after each recruitment interview, the candidate receives a response within the timeframe set during the interview.
The process ends with the presentation of a collaboration/employment offer to the selected candidates. Once the terms have been accepted by both parties, the new employee participates in an induction process. For commercial positions, this is a 3-month induction period, during which training combined with practical work is organised.
