Plate leaf grinding wheel is made from leafs (lamellas) from the abrasive cloth with corundum grains, applied uniformly in the fan shape on the plate base from the glass fibre. Due to the radial positioning of leaves from the abrasive cloth the grinding wheel operation is very flexible and much more efficient than other tools. Lamellas positions forces cooling during grinding - which assures cool grinding. The grinding wheels have very good grinding properties.
Application - processing type: processing of weld joints; removing rust and burrs from steel and non-ferrous metals; cast cleaning; processing of edges, grinding of sides and corners; surface grinding.
